Story of Sadrym

Sadrym was founded in Seville in 1962. In the beginning, our main objective was to develop the technology needed to transform olive production, which had only existed previously as a craft industry. Examples of our advances include the development of the agglutinated pimento strip (Paglutine) and the mechanisation of the anchovy stuffing process, which together with pasteurisation, allow us to deliver healthy, high quality products.

One cannot consider today's olive market without thinking about Sadrym's developments and its history of innovation.
